How to receive accommodations for students with disabilities:
1. Register with the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) in University Center 202 and obtain an Authorization for Accommodation (AFA) letter.
2. Provide a copy of the AFA letter to the ECE course instructor and another copy to the ECE OSD Liaison in Jacobs Hall 2906-A prior or at the beginning of the quarter.
3. Coordinate testing accommodations (time, location, etc.) with the ECE course instructor first or if necessary, arrange accommodations with the OSD Liaison.
Exams administered by the OSD Liaison must be between 8 am – 4 pm, Monday-Friday.
Per the OSD website, students must CONFIRM accommodation arrangements for exams (time, location, etc.) at least 72 business hours (3 business days) in advance.
As a courtesy, students should remind the OSD Liaison of their requests a day in advance of the exam.
For questions or more information, please contact the ECE OSD Liaison, Myda Prado in Jacobs Hall 2906-A (email@example.com or 858.822.0273), Monday-Friday 9-11:30am and 1-4 pm.
