Sourobh Raychaudhuri is a Ph.D. student in the ECE department at UCSD working in
the Nanoscale Characterization and Devices Laboratory under the
direction of Prof. Edward Yu. His research focuses on the study of
semiconductor material properties for nanowire-based device
applications. In addition to his research Sourobh has served as a
board member and chair for the Graduate Student Chapter of IEEE and
has also been actively involved with mentoring middle school students
at The Preuss School. Sourobh received his M.S. from the University
of California, San Diego in 2005 and his B.S. from University of
Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002.
