- Undergraduate Courses (ECE 5-199)
ECE undergraduate students are prioritized for ECE undergraduate courses. ECE graduate students are prioritized for ECE graduate courses. Unfortunately, ECE grads cannot waitlist in undergraduate courses- they need to be cleared to enroll via the TEA system.
If you are an ECE graduate student looking to enroll in an ECE undergraduate level course, please submit a TEA request. If space permits, your request will be approved (starting during week 10) on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- You can begin submitting TEA requests every quarter during Week 5 for enrolling in a course the following quarter.
- Please submit any relevant transcripts, syllabi and a strong justification in your TEA request.
- This request will be routed to the professor teaching the undergraduate course so please keep that in mind.
- Your TEA request will be processed starting during week 10. Note that there is a high possibility that it could be processed after week 10 as late as week 3-4 of the following quarter.
- The ECE Dept. recommends for students to choose a backup class in the event that they do not get cleared to enroll in the undergraduate class.
- Submitting a TEA request does not guarantee that you will be cleared of a prerequisite in order to enroll in a course (e.g., ECE 264A-D, ECE 265A-D, ECE 229).
